It is designed for the rapid qualitative determination of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen in nasopharyngeal swab specimens. 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test Kit cannot be used as the basis to diagnose or exclude SARS-CoV-2 infection.

SWAP TAKING
Proper specimen collection, storage, and transport are critical to the performance of this assay. Samples should be tested as soon as possible after collection. Sample collection training is highly recommended due to the importance of sample quality. The sample is taken with a swab from the nose or throat and nose. For optimum test performance, use the swabs provided in the kit.
